Job description

  • Prepare different types of dough as well as creams, toppings, cakes, desserts, chocolates and other items, according to the recipes and fabrication methods established by Première Moisson
  • Prepare different types of crumbly, risen and turned (puff) pastries
  • Cook, assemble and decorate items
  • Ensure raw material inventory is rotated
  • Apply the quality, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards established by Première Moisson

  • Training: Vocational school diploma (DEP) in pastry making, or equivalent training (experience may compensate for lack of training)
  • Experience with pastry work (asset)
  • Mastery of pastry making techniques
  • Ability to carry out the supervisor's instructions
  • A methodical, flexible personality focused on product quality, on results and on teamwork
  • 3 to 5 years experience
