JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare raw foodstuffs (vegetables, fruit, etc.).
- Set up food for preparation of various dishes.
- Assemble dishes, salads and sandwiches according to Première Moisson recipes.
- Cook and prepare simple dishes using appropriate techniques.
- Package food products.
- Apply quality, hygiene, sanitation and occupational health and safety standards established by Première Moisson.
