This bread, made with natural sourdough and wheat flour obtained from organic whole grain, receives minimal kneading, and thus, little oxidation occurs. It features a dense crumb and is a source of fibre.

 

2% of sales from our organic integral sourdough bread go the La Tablée des Chefs to help fund their cooking workshops.
