Description Ingredients

A Viennoiserie classic, it is filled with real dark chocolate.

 

Cooking instructions : 

  1. Remove frozen products from packaging and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Cover products with a cloth and then put baking sheet in an unheated oven for 8 hours.

  3. Remove baking sheet from oven and then preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).

  4. Brush a whole beaten egg onto the products.

  5. Once oven has reached the set temperature, put baking sheet in oven on the middle rack and bake for 15 minutes.

Attention: Do not eat raw. Baking time is given as guidelines only and may vary depending on the oven used.

Unbleached wheat flour, Butter, Water, Dark chocolate(sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Cane sugar, Yeast, Skim milk powder, Sea salt, Wheat gluten, Enzymes (amylase, amyloglucosidase, pentosanase), Ascorbic acid. Contains: Wheat, Barley, Milk, Soy. May contain: Egg, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Sulphites, Crustaceans, Molluscs, Fish. Place frozen product on a baking sheet place in fridge for abou 8 hr. In the morning baking sheet in cold oven, with oven light on, adding a bowl of boiling water (to bring heat and humidity to the oven enclosure), and let rise for about 1hr to 1hr15. To bake: remove sheet from oven and preheat to 360°F/180°C. For better result, brush with beaten egg and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven.
