Description

For two recipes:

  • Seed bread
  • Chocolate-hazelnut bread

 

Includes:

  • One bag of Quebec-grown flour
  • One packet of seeds
  • One packet of chocolate and hazelnuts
  • Fresh yeast (keep refrigerated)
  • One dough scraper

 

What you'll need that's not included in the kit:

  • Dutch oven (or other ovenproof pot)
  • A frying pan
  • A mixing bowl
  • A dishcloth
  • Salt
  • Water

 

The kit includes everything you need to make two breads and a link to a video with Laurent Gaudré, one of our head bakers with 25 years of international experience, who will show you how to make your bread. He will also share some extra information and tips about baking bread.
