A thin layer of chocolate covered with a chocolate sponge cake with chocolate chips, topped with dark chocolate mousse and morello cherry jam, and then garnished with kirsch-flavoured Chantilly cream.

Contains alcohol.

Thaw in the refrigerator for six hours (leave in the box).

Serve cold, fresh from the refrigerator.

Remove the chocolate decorations before cutting.
