Description Ingredients

Shortcrust pastry filled with a delicious blend of ground veal, ground pork, chicken chunks, cream, five varieties of mushrooms and a blend of spices.

Untreated unbleached wheat flour, Pork, Lard, Veal, Chicken, Mushrooms (Cremini, Nameko, oyster, Shiitake, Suillus granulatus), Cream (cream, carrageenan), Water, Onions, Modified corn starch, Sea salt, Garlic powder, Cane sugar, Natural flavour (yeast extract, salt, natural flavour, canola oil), Spices, Bay leaves. Contains: Milk, Wheat. May contain: Tree nuts, Peanuts, Egg, Mustard, Sesame, Soy, Sulphites, Crustaceans, Shellfish, Fish. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the product from the package and place on a cookie pan, brush entire surface with beaten egg, place in center of oven 1 hour to 1h15 minutes. The product must reach 74 °C in the center. Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the oven. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
