Almond-chocolate cream, covered with a crispy gianduja (our in-house version of an Italian chocolate, almond and hazelnut paste), then with cream of gianduja, Valrhona Manjari chocolate mousse and milk chocolate frosting.
Thaw in the refrigerator for six hours (leave in the box).
If you’re short on time: Let thaw at room temperature for two to three hours, then put in the refrigerator.
Serve cold, fresh from the refrigerator.
Remove the chocolate decorations before cutting.
