Description Ingredients

All-butter flaky pastry filled with a delicious mixture of red lentils, mushrooms, Laiterie Charlevoix’s Le 1608 cheese and chopped spinach.

Puff pastry (untreated unbleached wheat flour, butter, water, sea salt, dried whole eggs), Mushrooms, Partly skimmed milk, Spinach, Liquid whole egg, 32% M.F. cream (cream, carrageenan), Le 1608 cheese (unpasteurised milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), Red lentils, Modified corn starch, Extra virgin olive oil, Onions, Water, Salt, Garlic, Seasoning, Spices. Contains: Egg, Milk, Wheat. May contain: Soy, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Sulphites, Seafood (crustaceans, shellfish, fish). Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the product from the package and place on a cookie sheet. Place in center of oven and bake 25 to 40 minutes. Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the oven.
