The Three Kings or Twelfth Night cake honours the Feast of the Epiphany on January 6. According to tradition, a bean or figurine is hidden in the cake. Whoever finds it in his or her slice is crowned ''king'' or ''queen''.

All-butter flaky pastry filled with pistachio almond cream, which is made from 52% almond paste and pistachio paste and flavoured with kirsch; garnished with raspberries, and a porcelain bean is hidden inside the cake.
