This fine gourmet product is prepared by hand and then cooked in a cloth, according to the traditional method. Low and slow cooking brings out the delicious musky notes of duck foie gras, while the blend of herbs and spices balances the flavours perfectly.

Tip: Take out of the refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes before eating. Dip a knife in very hot water before cutting each slice.
