Première Moisson is pleased to introduce a range of quality products intended specifically for individuals with a sensitivity to gluten. Developed primarily using rice flour, sorghum and other naturally gluten-free ingredients, these products are certain to delight an ever growing segment of the population who, although not afflicted with cœliac disease, do suffer discomfort when they consume gluten-based protein as it may contain gluten.

Chocolate macaroon garnished with caramel mousse and butter caramel.
