Description Ingredients

Six layers of almond Joconde sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, topped with coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache, and then decorated with a thin layer of dark chocolate.

Serve at room temperature. Take out of the refrigerator 1 hour before serving, for optimal flavour.
