Chocolate sponge cake covered with a layer of cream of caramel and crispy chocolate-cereal pearls, a mousse of dark and milk chocolate, and then white chocolate frosting.
Thaw in the refrigerator for six hours (leave in the box).
If you’re short on time: Let thaw at room temperature for two to three hours, then put in the refrigerator.
Serve cold, fresh from the refrigerator.
Remove the chocolate decorations before cutting.
