Description Ingredients

Première Moisson is pleased to introduce a range of quality products intended specifically for individuals with a sensitivity to gluten. Developed primarily using rice flour, sorghum and other naturally gluten-free ingredients, these products are certain to delight an ever growing segment of the population who, although not afflicted with cœliac disease, do suffer discomfort when they consume gluten-based protein.

Our bread of the month from our Alternative range of products is made from the dough of the Alternative white square and we add maple nuggets and pecans.

 

Mix (white rice flour, whole sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, chick pea flour, fava bean flour, cane sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt), Water, Liquid whole egg, Pecans, Maple sugar, Extra virgin olive oil, Yeast, Cider vinegar. May contain wheat, milk, soy, other tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, sulphites, seafood (crustaceans, shellfish, fish).
