In a large bowl, toss together the chocolate, puffed quinoa, dried cranberries, caramelized sesame mixed nuts and muesli.
Add warm maple syrup and mix.
Place parchment paper in a dish.
Spread the mixture in the dish and pack firmly with a spatula. Set aside overnight.
Remove the crunchy square from the dish and cut into slices.
