Responsibilities:
- Take note of orders to be completed and organize work
- Ensure that all requested production is completed on time
- Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for his/her workstation
- Operate and maintain equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness of counter and work area
- Help train new employees
- Ensure compliance with Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing techniques
- Knead dough (prepare recipe, weigh ingredients, knead, etc.)
- Divide dough (shape dough, rest dough, etc.)
- Shaping the dough (giving the dough its final shape with the shaping machine and/or by hand, finishing by hand, etc.).
- Bake the dough (place the dough on the oven belt, laminate the dough, put the dough in the oven, unmould the products, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy.
- Perform various tasks related to baking.
Requirements:
- Minimum DEP in bakery
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position - Mandatory
- Mastery of artisanal production techniques
- Great sense of autonomy
- Good physical condition
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong team player
