EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:
For exchanges or refunds, please directly contact the bakery where you made your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation must be done at least 48 hours before the selected delivery or pickup time.
Orders paid for in advance will be refunded.
HOME DELIVERY:
Make sure someone is home to receive your order at the selected delivery time. No merchandise will be left at the door, to preserve our products’ quality and freshness. If you cannot be present at the scheduled time, please advise the bakery at least two hours before the scheduled delivery time, in order to reschedule. If you do not advise the bakery, you must then come collect your order in-store in the 24 hours following the scheduled delivery time. If any of the above conditions is not respected, your order will be donated along with the day’s unsold merchandise, and no refund will be given.
