The activation and/or use of a gift card implies acceptance of the conditions set out herein. These conditions are subject to change by Première Moisson without prior notice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Gift cards may be exchanged for merchandise at participating Première Moisson bakeries.
Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Gift cards may not be exchanged for their value.
Minimum and maximum gift card purchase/reload values are $10 and $100 respectively.
Gift cards have no value prior to activation by Première Moisson or one of our participating bakeries. They have no expiry date and are not subject to fees or charges of any kind.
Purchases are deducted from gift cards until such time as their value has been reduced to $0.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. If a gift card is damaged, unusable or defective, your sole avenue of recourse, and the sole extent of Première Moisson liability in this regard, is to have your gift card replaced provided that it is possible to identify the account number.
To check your gift card balance or to view your transaction history, please click here. You must have your card number at hand. Cash register receipts for purchases made with your card also indicate the remaining balance.
You may reload your gift card at participating Première Moisson bakeries.
Your card balance is expressed in the legal tender of Canada.
If the value of your card is not sufficient to cover the cost of a purchase, you will be required to settle the balance using another method of payment.
No refund for merchandise returned may be applied to a gift card. Refunds are made in cash only.
