Description Ingredients

All-butter flaky pastry filled with a delicious mixture of red lentils, mushrooms, Laiterie Charlevoix’s Le 1608 cheese and chopped spinach.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Take the product out of the box and place on a cookie sheet, brush entire surface with beaten egg, place  in center of oven and bake  45 minutes to 1 hour. Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the oven.  After baking, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Puff pastry (untreated unbleached wheat flour, butter, water, sea salt, dried whole eggs), Mushrooms, Partly skimmed milk, Spinach, Liquid whole egg, 32% M.F. cream (cream, carrageenan), Le 1608 cheese (unpasteurised milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), Red lentils, Modified corn starch, Extra virgin olive oil, Onions, Water, Salt, Garlic, Seasoning, Spices. Contains: Egg, Milk, Wheat. May contain: Soy, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Sulphites, Seafood (crustaceans, shellfish, fish). Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
