Première Moisson is proud to shine the spotlight on our artisan-bakers. This product was developed by Romain, a baker at the Laval branch. Romain began his career working with a mentor from the Vendée region of France, where braided brioche is traditionally served for all celebrations. This brioche is Romain’s own version of the first brioche recipe he ever learned to make.
