We put Quebec flours in all our breads
Première Moisson is, first and foremost, about great bread baked daily by our artisan bakers.
Now, thanks to our partnership with Moulin de Charlevoix, the flours we use to make our organic breads are also made from local wheats and spelt. This allows us to offer a full line of breads made with Quebec flour.
