Bursting with an abundance of raisins—without sulphites—this loaf will bring back memories of your grandmother’s raisin bread. We use the same dough as for our chocolate viennese but the taste is totally different! Excellent plain or toasted, and even better topped with a triple cream brie or soft-centred camembert.
Untreated unbleached wheat flour, Raisins (raisins, vegetable oil), Water, Butter, Liquid whole egg, Skim milk powder, Cane sugar, Sea salt, Yeast.
