Sponge cake soaked in Frangelico-flavoured hazelnut syrup, rolled and then covered in praline buttercream.

Thaw in the refrigerator for six hours (leave in the box). Remove from the refrigerator one hour before serving.

If you’re short on time: Remove from the box and let thaw at room temperature for four hours, then put in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator one hour before serving.

Serve at room temperature. Remove the chocolate decorations before cutting.
