Sponge cake soaked in syrup containing the Quebec-made liqueur Noisettino, and then rolled, covered in praline buttercream and then sprinkled with caramelized nuts (hazelnuts, almonds and pecans).
Thaw in the refrigerator for six hours (leave in the box). Remove from the refrigerator one hour before serving.
If you’re short on time: Remove from the box and let thaw at room temperature for four hours, then put in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator one hour before serving.
Serve at room temperature.
Remove the chocolate decorations before cutting.
