Made with unbleached, untreated Quebec flour and premium butter. The French name of this traditional Breton specialty, “quatre-quarts,” means four quarters, referring to the equal weights used of butter, flour, sugar and eggs.  

We suggest you to serve it with jams, fresh fruits or simply toasted on the grill and drizzled with maple syrup.
