  • Chocolate Breton sponge cake covered with chocolate-almond cream and then a cream of praline, and finally topped with whipped praline ganache.

Raspberry-Pistachio

  • Breton sponge cake covered with almond-pistachio cream and then jellified raspberry coulis, and finally topped with whipped white chocolate ganache.

Passion Fruit and Milk

  • Breton sponge cake covered with almond cream and then jellified passion fruit and mango coulis, and finally topped with whipped milk chocolate ganache.

All-Chocolate

  • Chocolate Breton sponge cake covered with chocolate-almond cream and then chocolate ganache, and finally topped with whipped chocolate ganache.

Made with rice flour.
