- Breton sponge cake covered with almond-pistachio cream and then jellified raspberry coulis, and finally topped with whipped white chocolate ganache.
Passion Fruit and Milk
- Breton sponge cake covered with almond cream and then jellified passion fruit and mango coulis, and finally topped with whipped milk chocolate ganache.
- Chocolate Breton sponge cake covered with chocolate-almond cream and then chocolate ganache, and finally topped with whipped chocolate ganache.

Thaw in refrigerator for about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once thawed, can be kept 3 days in refrigerator.
