Hazelnut dacquoise covered with our homemade praline feuilletine, made with almonds and hazelnuts, then topped with a layer of milk chocolate and passion fruit mousse. It’s first decorated with passion fruit icing and then with milk chocolate and caramelized hazelnut icing and with whipped milk chocolate ganache.
