Description Ingredients

Hazelnut dacquoise covered with our homemade praline feuilletine, made with almonds and hazelnuts, then topped with a layer of milk chocolate and passion fruit mousse. It’s first decorated with passion fruit icing and then with milk chocolate and caramelized hazelnut icing and with whipped milk chocolate ganache.Serve straight from the refrigerator.
