What sets this bread apart is its blend of 8 grains, which our bakers allow to sprout for 24 hours. This process awakens the grain, enhances its aromas, and optimizes its nutritional qualities.

Sprouting helps make the bread a source of fiber and iron, while delivering a soft texture and a delicately nutty flavor.

Local organic flour, stone-ground

At the heart of this bread is a white flour that is sifted, unbleached, and free of chemical treatments. It’s made from Quebec-grown wheat, then slowly stone-ground at Moulin de Charlevoix.

This traditional milling method preserves the grain’s qualities and gives the bread an authentic depth of flavor, true to Quebec’s terroir.
