Ingredients

6 hot-dog buns with onions (Première Moisson)
6 cheddar sausages, cooked (Première Moisson)

Garlic mayonnaise

1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Apple salsa

2 small apple, cored and diced
50 g bacon, cooked and diced
100 g cheddar, diced
2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Preparation

Prepare the garlic mayonnaise: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic and parsley. Set aside.
Prepare the apple salsa: In a small bowl, combine the diced apple, bacon and cheddar with the oil, lemon juice and parsley. Set aside.
Assemble: Slice bun lengthwise, but only three-quarters of the way through. Spread garlic mayonnaise on the inside. Insert sausage into the bun and garnish with apple salsa. Enjoy!
