Ingredients

First recipe:
• Le Champayeur cheese
• Capers
• Smoked salmon
• Radishes
• Fresh basil to decorate

Second recipe:
• Mayonnaise
• Dijon mustard
• Première Moisson Oven roasted Turkey Breast
• Pizy cheese
• Fresh rosemary to decorate

Third recipe:
• Almond butter
• Louis D'or cheese
• Raspberries and blueberries
• Crushed almonds and chocolate shaved shards
• Honey

Preparation

First recipe:

In the toaster, toast two slices of Première Moisson Organic Integral Sourdough with Charlevoix Wheat. Top with slices of Champayeur cheese, capers that have been desalted in water and spun dry, slices of smoked salmon, thin radish slices and a few basil leaves.

Second recipe:

Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard onto a slice of Première Moisson Organic Integral Sourdough with Charlevoix Wheat. Top with two slices of Première Moisson oven roasted turkey breast and two slices of Pizy cheese.  Put in air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from fryer, garnish with fresh rosemary and pepper. 

Third recipe:

In the toaster, toast two slices of Première Moisson Organic Integral Sourdough with Charlevoix Wheat. Spread with almond butter. Top with rows of  Louis D’or cheese cubes, raspberries, blueberries, crushed almonds, chocolate shaved shards and a drizzle of honey.
