First recipe:

First recipe:
Toast one slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf. Garnish the toast with slices of Chevronné cheese, then top with about a handful of Matane shrimp, a sliced half-avocado, lime juice and zest, and fresh-ground pepper. Garnish with chopped chives and a few arugula leaves.
Second recipe:
Put two tablespoons of Première Moisson Meat Chili, slices of L’île-aux-grues cheddar cheese on each slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake in preheated oven at 400ºF for 15 minutes. After baking, garnish with fresh cilantro.
Third recipe:
In a nonstick pan, melt some butter and then toast a slice of Première Moisson Organic Sprouted Grain Loaf until golden. Remove from heat and then top with a slice of Chevronné cheese, Première Moisson strawberry jam and a drizzle of Première Moisson Caramel with Fleur de Sel.
